本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SenRe Software（以下「当開発者」）が提供する Windows 向けアプリケーション「Senfo」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 使用許諾
当開発者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従うことを条件として、本アプリを非独占的かつ譲渡不可の形で使用する権利を許諾します。
2. 利用条件
ユーザーは、本アプリを個人利用の範囲内で使用するものとします。
本アプリの全部または一部を、無断で複製、改変、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリングすることを禁止します。
3. 機能および設定変更について
本アプリは、PCの設定状態を診断し、最適化のための提案または設定変更を行う機能を含みます。
一部の機能では、Windows の設定（電源プラン、入力設定、配信の最適化設定等）が変更される場合があります。
これらの変更はユーザーの意思に基づいて行われるものであり、変更後の設定管理はユーザー自身の責任となります。
4. 管理者権限
一部の機能の実行には、Windows の管理者権限が必要となる場合があります。
管理者権限の付与はユーザーの判断と責任により行われるものとします。
5. 免責事項
当開発者は、本アプリの動作、結果、または特定のパフォーマンス向上を保証するものではありません。
本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害（システム不具合、データ損失、パフォーマンス低下等を含む）についても、当開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
6. サポートおよび保証
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。
当開発者は、本アプリに関するサポート、保守、アップデートを提供する義務を負いません。
7. 禁止事項
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
・本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
・不正な目的で本アプリを使用する行為
・第三者の権利を侵害する行為
8. 規約の変更
当開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、適切な方法で公開された時点から効力を有するものとします。
9. 利用終了
ユーザーは、いつでも本アプリの利用を終了し、アンインストールすることができます。
本規約に違反した場合、当開発者はユーザーの利用を停止することができます。
10. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします。
本アプリに関して当開発者とユーザーとの間で生じた紛争については、日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Senfo End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Windows application “Senfo” (“the App”) provided by SenRe Software (“the Developer”).
By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Conditions of Use
You may use the App for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, in whole or in part, without prior permission.
3. Features and System Settings
The App provides diagnostic functions and optimization suggestions for PC performance.
Some features may modify Windows system settings, including power plans, input settings, and delivery optimization settings.
All changes are made based on user action, and the user is responsible for managing system settings after modification.
4. Administrator Privileges
Certain features may require Windows administrator privileges.
Granting administrator privileges is at the user’s discretion and responsibility.
5. Disclaimer
The Developer does not guarantee any specific performance improvements or results from using the App.
The App is provided “AS IS,” and the Developer shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to system issues, data loss, or performance degradation, arising from the use of the App.
6. Support and Warranty
The App is provided without warranty of any kind.
The Developer is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
・Violations of laws or public order
・Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
・Use of the App for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes
・Infringement of third-party rights
8. Changes to This Agreement
The Developer may modify this Agreement as necessary.
Revised terms become effective upon publication through appropriate means.
9. Termination
You may terminate use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
The Developer may terminate your right to use the App if you violate this Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising between the Developer and the user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
